It is our mission to:

To maintain an animal shelter that promotes kindness of animals and provide an environment that is inviting to both people and pets through quality care, professionalism, knowledge, and education. 

To provide proper care, sanctuary, and placement of dogs and cats needing forever homes from Lake of the Woods County. 
To promote health and respect towards animals to prevent overpopulation and neglect/abuse. 

To not euthanize merely because we lack space or because the animal's stay has exceeded a predetermined amount of time. 
To develop and maintain a volunteer program that provides for the daily needs of the shelter and the dogs and cats seeking forever homes.
